ENCOURAGING YOUTHPRENEURSHIP MOTIVATION ON INTEGRATED FARMING FOR PEMUDA SWADAYA AT SUNGAI SELAN VILLAGE, CENTRAL BANGKA REGENCY
Abstract
Integrated agriculture is an agricultural system that combines various types of businesses from the agricultural sector in general, namely agriculture, plantations, livestock, fisheries, and forestry in one unit of land or area to create mutualistic symbiosis and a sustainable production cycle. The contribution and role of youth as drivers of a nation's civilization are greatly needed in the field of integrated agriculture in order to increase local and national food independence and security and improve community welfare. This community service activity was carried out with the aim of assisting and increasing the motivation of the Pemuda Swadaya in Sungai Selan Village to be involved in integrated agriculture. This activity was carried out in May-June 2025 in Sungai Selan Village, Central Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province. This activity resulted in a commitment from the Swadaya Youth to develop integrated agriculture, namely oil palm plantations, cattle ranches, and freshwater fish farming. Brainstorming and discussions strengthened the spirit and motivation of the Pemuda Swadaya to grow and implement the spirit of youth entrepreneurship (youthpreneurship) in the integrated agricultural sector
