This journal presents the results of community service activities in Labaik Koi Hatchery, Sukabumi, aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of fish farming communities. This topic was chosen due to the importance of fish farming as a source of income and local food security. The service methods included training, direct assistance, and periodic evaluations to improve understanding of modern aquaculture technology and compliance with regulations. The results indicate that although the community still relies heavily on traditional techniques, the training provided has successfully improved members' skills in managing aquaculture. However, challenges such as high feed prices and declining fish prices persist.
